Los Angeles Lakers vs Washington Wizards

Los Angeles Lakers vs Washington Wizards

Tonight the Los Angeles Lakers host the Washington Wizards in a meaningless matchup for both teams. With playoff hopes gone, its about pride. And one team will come out on top.

The last time these two teams faced off, the Wizards won by 18 points.

That came with help from point guard John Wall going off for 40 points. However, shortly after the game he underwent heel surgery and was set to miss the rest of the season.

Since then the team has battled and stayed in games, but with the season all but over they are slipping away.

Each team has lost five of their last six, but the king himself, Lebron James, said he is not going to cheat the game. And these final games he is going to come to play and to win. I believe him.

Trust the King

With Washington visiting L.A. for the game, I expect the Lakers to play well enough to top the team that just was eliminated from playoff contention.

After losing five games in a row, the Lakers found a way to win against Sacramento at home and will ride that momentum into tonight’s matchup.

The Wizards however, have lost four straight, pushing them out of playoff contention. It’s hard for teams to find the fight to keep playing after missing the playoffs due to four consecutive losses.

The Lakers have already went through their slump and are now finishing out the season on a strong note for the fans. The Wizards are starting their slump, and will let the Lakers cruise to an easy win.

The book at FanDuel has the Los Angeles Lakers as two point favorites. The -2 line is paying -110. That means a $110 bet is needed to win $100, or 90.91% of your bet. If you can find a smaller spread, lower than two points, that gives you better chances of winning.

To profitable bets,

Ryan
