National Televised Games – NBA Bets

Our NBA bets today come from the top games in the NBA today, that are nationally televised, the Spurs vs Lakers, and the Bucks vs Pelicans.

It’s going to make for some great matchups, as the Lakers, Pelicans and Bucks are must watch TV these days.

The Lakers are off to the races with a phenomenal year, along with the Bucks, while the Pelicans finally have a healthy roster – which features Zion Williamson.

So let’s break down the 7:30pm tip-off first.

Milwaukee Bucks vs New Orleans Pelicans

These two teams are going to be fun to watch.

The Bucks are the number one team in the league. They are playing phenomenal basketball and are not a team you want to bet against.

But, they may overlook the high-flying Pelicans.

The Pelicans are last in their division, but set to climb up the rankings with a softer schedule after this as they look to make a playoff run.

With that said, I’m not picking them to go on a win streak right now.

The Pelicans are coming back home, while the first placed Bucks will look to defeat a top talent in the league.

My bet is on the Pelicans to cover the 6.5 point spread. If they are shooting well, they can keep this game close.

FanDuel is paying out -110 for taking the Pelicans +6.5 points. That means a $110 bet would be needed to net $100. A $100 bet would pay out $90.91.

Our next game tips off at 10pm…

San Antonio Spurs vs Los Angeles Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers are the second ranked team in the whole NBA, but the Spurs are not exactly a laughing stock.

The odds makers have the Lakers as a 12 point favorite. They have played twice before, both in San Antonio, and the Lakers won by 7 points and 10 points.

This game is back in Los Angeles and they see it as an advantage for the Lakers.

But, the Lakers have managed to lose four of their last 10 games. It’s a rough patch for sure and leaves the door open for San Antonio to be a surprise underdog tonight.

I’m not willing to go that far though.

Instead, I’ll bet on the total game to go over the over/under of 227.5 points.

FanDuel is paying out -110 for the over. This means a $110 bet is needed to profit $100 from the matchup. A $100 bet will net you a $90.91 profit.

Our bet last night on the Baylor-KSU game came up a point short. But we are back at the NCAA Basketball tonight with a Big Ten showdown – Penn State vs Michigan State.

To profitable bets,

Ryan
