Chicago Cubs vs Philadelphia Phillies
The Cubs and Phillies are not that far apart record wise, with the Phillies having just six more wins.
But they are the home team, and the clear cut favorite tonight.
In their latest matchup though, it was the Cubs who walked away with a 6-3 win in Philly.
Of their four previous matchups between the two teams, all in Chicago, the Phillies grabbed four wins. So to open up at home with a loss was a bit of a stinger.
Now I’m betting on them to bounce back and cover a 1.5 run spread this evening for a solid win. The Phillies are just second in the NL East while the Cubs are fourth in the NL Central division.
Let’s bet on the Phillies to come out strong tonight and take at least a two run win.
