The Toronto Raptors travel to Atlanta to face the 10-12 Atlanta Hawks.
Their records are identical, Atlanta is at te top of the Southeast division while the Raptors are fourth in the Atlantic.
Both teams are looking to make a statement tonight, but only one can be victorious.

Coming into the game, it’s the road team Toronto with the favorite by 4.5 points.
They are coming off a three game winning streak that is giving them some momentum.
But, on the same note, this will be their third straight road game. Fatigue is starting to sit in being gone all of February.
Meanwhile, the Hawks are on a three game losing streak all at home.
It’s been a rough stretch where they fell to the Lakers, the Mavericks and Utah Jazz. Two of these are top teams in the Western Conference.
Now they get another evenly matched battle and I think the John Collins and the Hawks can help turn around the injury riddled team to get a much needed win at home.
That’s why our bet is on taking the underdog, plus the points.
We’ll look for the Atlanta Hawks to cover the 4.5 point spread.
