“Pick of the Day” NCAAM: Ohio Bobcats vs Abilene Christian Wildcats

We don’t get another NCAA Tournament game until Thursday, but today there’s the CBI Tournament and tomorrow there’s the NIT.

So the week is full of college hoops matchups.

And our “Pick of the Day” is in the CBI between the Ohio Bobcats and Abilene Christian Wildcats.

Here’s who to take…

More college hoops as if we can’t get enough.

Yes. This is going to be another great game, but in the end, I like Ohio pulling out the win. It’s about as even as it gets based on the record, both teams coming off a win. Ohio just squeezed by while the Wildcats handled Troy with confidence.

Now we are looking for Ohio to keep up that tough D and slow down a hot Abilene team. That’s one thing, defense plays well when you travel, compared to a red hot shooting team. They can turn cold quick and won’t have a solid D to fall back on.

That’ll be the difference tonight.

Let’s hammer the Ohio spread for them to win by more than one point.

Fanduel is paying out -110 for taking Ohio -1 tonight. That means a $100 bet will have the chance to payout $90.91, or a 90.91% profit. If you are looking for an opportunity to win $100, you’ll need to bet $110 on this game.

For us to win, we need Ohio to win the game by two points or more. If they win by exactly one point, our bet is tied and will be canceled. If they lose, we will lose the game.

Side bet in the NBA: Thunder plus 8 points in the first half.

Dude on live on the line on ESPN is way too confident in taking Celtics minus whatever by the end of the first half. Whenever someone says it doesn’t matter what the line is, it’s time they get a reality check. So bet on the Thunder to cover the first half spread.

By the way, only point in watching that show is to fade their bets. Horrible results.
