Tonight we are looking to stay hot in the NFL. Our NHL unders bet last night didn’t hit by one goal. It’s a tough break but using a teaser tonight gives us some more flexibility.

Dallas Cowboys vs New Orleans Saints
Both teams are decimated by injuries and COVID-19 protocols this season, but we know a few things are certain.
Ingram is still a decent back and will fill in nicely for the Saints without Kamara. They like to keep games close, but the Cowboys like to put up points.
So we’ll see who’s defense steps up. I just can’t bet against a healthy Dak and solid receiving core for the first game in weeks.
But, without a head coach and multiple other key personnel and players for Dallas, it’s hard to see them winning this one big.
With Taysom Hill making his first start and coming after a big payday that also has a huge incentive to win the starting QB job, I think he comes out tonight to make plays. The three and outs go away and maybe he turns it over a few times, but he’ll also move the ball down the field with his legs, with Ingram and their receivers.
I’m liking the Saints to keep it pretty close and for the score to hit the over.
But, by using a teaser, we get to add six points to each of our bets.
So we’ll be taking the Saints plus 12.5 points and the over on 40 points. Both lines were six points in the other direction, Saints plus 6.5 points and over at 46. I’d be happy if it is like the Seattle game on Monday night and doesnt come close, but if it is tight to the original lines, at least we have that extra cushion a teaser gives us.
Sportsbooks pay out -120 for taking a six point teaser on the Saints plus 12.5 points (was 6.5 points) and the over at 40 points (was 46 points). That means a $100 bet will have the chance to payout $83, or a 83% profit. If you are looking for an opportunity to win $100, you’ll need to bet $120 on this game.
For us to win, we need both sides of the teaser to win.
So we need the Saints to either win the game, or lose by 12 points or less. If they lose by 12 points or more, we will lose the bet.
And we also need the combined score to equal 41 points or more. If it adds up to exactly 40 points, this side of the bet is tied and will be canceled. If it adds up to 39 points or less, we will lose the bet.
