Jacksonville Jaguars vs Cincinnati Bengals
Here’s my thinking for this game.
An exciting back and forth game, but not a lot of touchdowns. Field goals, turnovers, and big plays, but red zone struggles will continue for both of these teams.
On my PrizePicks for tonight, I’m taking the under on multiple lines, including stats and fantasy points. I just don’t think it lives up to the hype, especially for a few players in particular.
Ultimately, I have the Bengals winning, but to cover the 7.5 point spread is a stretch.
Instead, I’m sticking with my gut that this will be another rather low scoring game for the two teams.
Based on their average scoring per game, it adds up to 39 points.
But a lot of that can be skewed by garbage points and one overtime game for the Bengals that gave them an extra field goal. Out of the six combined games, half have gone for more than 46 points. Two were thanks to the opponent putting up 30 and then the overtime game which ended regulation at 48 points.
So I think 46 is a good spot for the over/under, but they will likely come up short tonight.
I’ll be taking the under on 46 points tonight as our best bet on this matchup.
Fanduel is paying out -115 for picking the under on 46.5 points. That means a $100 bet will have the chance to payout $86, or a 86% profit. If you are looking for an opportunity to win $100, you’ll need to bet $115 on this game.
For us to win, we need the combined score from both teams to add up to 46 points or less. If it adds up to 47 points or more, we will lose the bet.
