Tough break last night. No goals in the first, then four goals in the second period. Two more garbage goals and we miss our unders bet late in the third.
Honestly, I would have sweated it more if we had the over, which cam in the final minutes of play.
Oh well. A bounce back pick tonight to kick off a win streak heading into the weekend.
We’ll take the New York Rangers and Edmonton Oilers tonight with another over/under bet.

New York Rangers vs Edmonton Oilers
It was a tough break tonight, but I’m not giving up on the unders. These NHL games have been putting up some high goals so far this season. But the goalies and defenses will settle down, and the unders are going to become king.
For now, we’ll keep selecting only the best bets with our unders attack. And the red hot Oilers are due for a slowdown. They’ve scored 10 goals in their last two games, totaling seven goals for each game.
The over/under tonight is 6.5 goals. So they’d have to hit 7 to hit the over. I don’t see it happening.
The Rangers haven’t had a game go over seven in their last five and are second in the Metropolitan Division. They are not as good as the Oilers, but it shouldnt be a scoring spree tonight.
We’ll take the under tonight.
Fanduel is paying out -115 for picking the combined score to add up to less than 6.5 goals. That means a $100 bet will have the chance to payout $86, or a 86% profit. If you are looking for an opportunity to win $100, you’ll need to bet $115 on this game.
For us to win, we need the combined score to add up to 6 goals or less. If it adds up to 7 goals or more, we will lose the bet.
That’s all for today.
