“Pick of the Day” NHL: Philadelphia Flyers vs St. Louis Blues

“Pick of the Day” NHL: Philadelphia Flyers vs St. Louis Blues

What a lineup of games today. It’s just your typical Thursday, a few Sweet 16 NCAA games, NCAA college hockey tournament kicks off, NBA, NHL and more.

But to top it all off, at 10pm we got the U.S.A. and Mexico squaring off in a World Cup soccer match.

And even though it’s the offseason for the NFL, this has been insane watching all the big names get signs, QBs and WRs sent to new teams. Fantasy next year is going to be nuts trying to see who vibes with who. No way Tyreek Hill goes in the top two rounds with Tua, right?

I’m calling it, Hill or Waddle pull a hammy before the season starts. They are already talking about racing and challenging each other to friendly competitions. Sounds fun, until that 28 year old Hills wears down his body.

For now, it’s making for a fun offseason, but we can’t bet on that, unless you have your sights set on Super Bowl odds.

For us, we’ll focus on an NHL matchup tonight to make some money.

Philadelphia Flyers vs St. Louis Blues

Tonight, let’s keep things short and get back to the fun.

We are taking the over on six goals between the two teams. This hockey season continues to be packed with high octane offenses.

Seven of their last ten combined games have gone for more than six goals. The money for both popular bets, and heavy handed bets, are looking at the over. I’ll roll with it tonight.

Fanduel is paying out -110 for the over on 6 goals. That means a $100 bet will have the chance to payout $90, or a 90% profit. If you are looking for an opportunity to win $100, you’ll need to bet $110 on this game.

For us to win, we need the combined score between both teams to add up to 7 goals or more. If it adds up to exactly six, our bet is tied and will be canceled. And if the score adds up to five goals or less, we will lose the bet.
