“Pick of the Day” NHL: Pittsburgh Penguins vs St. Louis Blues

I know, I know. It’s March Madness, what on earth are you doing betting hockey?

Well, I’m here to make money. Plain and simple. And if the early games today are anything to prove, March Madness is tough. It’s all or nothing for these teams and that’s dangerous.

Fun, but dangerous for your money. We’ll continue to bet it, and have an early outlook like we did this morning, but we’ll also have a top pick for you outside of the NCAA.

And today, that’s on the matchup between the Pittsburgh Penguins and St. Louis Blues.

Here’s what I’m watching…

Pittsburgh Penguins vs St. Louis Blues

Pittsburgh is going on the road to face a non-conference opponent, the St. Louis Blues.

Their records are nearly identical so it is an even matchup on paper. But, these two teams met in January, in Pittsburgh, and it was the Penguins coming out on top.

There’s some heavy money on them to win again today, and that’s exactly what I’m looking for. An outright win by Pittsburgh on the road. It’s a win both teams need coming off of losses. And it will be a battle for Pittsburgh. The question really is, who’s the better conference.

If you think Pitt is in the stronger conference, like me, then their record is a bit stronger than the Blues.

Let’s take Pittsburgh to win tonights game.

Fanduel is paying out -118 for Pittsburgh to win. That means a $100 bet will have the chance to payout $84.75, or a 84.75% profit. If you are looking for an opportunity to win $100, you’ll need to bet $118 on this game.

For us to win, we need Pittsburgh to win the game. If they lose, we will lose the game. Let’s go Pitt! And enjoy all the March Madness along the way. It’s just getting started.
