A full day of NFL tomorrow to follow this wild Saturday in college football.
It’s a great weekend everyone. (Thoughts and prayers to everyone impacted by Hurricane Ian.)
I got four top bets heading into tomorrow, and they start at 9am.
So let’s jump right in.
Four Top NFL Bets
First up, Minnesota and New Orleans in London.
These games tend to go a little weird with the overseas travel. Hopefully London gets a great game this time. Vikes are favored by 3 and over/under at 41.5. A teaser on the Vikings and the over seems like the way to play it. But, to stay bold, I’ll take the Vikings to cover the 3 point spread. Saints are without Winston. Not sure if that makes them better or worse, but Andy Dalton hasn’t played much in a long time. Minnesota should be able to scheme against that and come out with a win.
Minnesota Vikings -3 points.
A top 1 o’clock game is the Bills and Ravens.
I have the Bills as the team to beat. I know the Dolphins beat them, but that was one wild game. And with a healthy Tua, if he comes back this season, the Dolphins are a top team as well. Not to take anything away from the Ravens, they are good, but this is the Bills year. They need to bounce back after the loss and I like them rolling in Baltimore.
We’ll take the Buffalo Bills -3 points.
Jacksonville Jaguars and Philadelphia Eagles is another top game I’m watching.
The Eagles are the NFL’s only undefeated team left and I don’t think they fall to Jacksonville. The Jaguars have played some solid football, but going on the road and toppling a great team is no easy feat. Roll with Philly in this one, evne with the 6.5 point spread.
I’ll take the Philadelphia Eagles -6.5 points.
Lastly, we have Kansas City and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
This one is flat out even on the books with an over/under at 45.5 points.
I think the Buccaneers have the best defense in football right now. But this week will be the point we figure that out. Patrick Mahomes has to do a lot more without Tyrek Hill and they have been winning games (2-1), but I’m betting the Buc’s D can slow them down and Brady’s offense doesn’t score a ton of points.
I’ll take the under on 45.5 points.
For the pick’em, here’s the winners to straight bet on in week 4.
Minnesota Vikings.
Atlanta Falcons
Dallas Cowboys
Detroit Lions
Indianapolis Colts
Chicago Bears
Philadelphia Phillies
New York Jets (Jets are playing their best football in decades, look out.)
Buffalo Bills
Los Angeles Chargers
Arizona Cardinals
Green Bay Packers (No Mac Jones. Easy W.)
Denver Broncos (Story of the week will be 0-4 Raiders!)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Brady will beat Mahomes one last time.)
San Francisco 49ers
That’s all for today.
