Washington Commanders are set to face the New England Patriots.
The Patriots are currently 2-6 and have been outscored by 90 points this season, the second-worst mark in the league ahead of only the New York Giants (minus-92). On the other hand, Washington Commanders have a 3-5 record this season and have been playing well lately. They are coming off a win against the Bills in Week 5 and have been competitive in their other games.
The Patriots have struggled this season, and their defense has been a major issue. They have allowed 28.4 points per game, which is the third-worst mark in the league. Meanwhile, Washington’s offense has been improving, and they have scored 24 or more points in four of their last five games.
Washington’s defense has also been solid this season, allowing just 22.9 points per game, which is the 12th-best mark in the league. They have been particularly good against the pass, allowing just 214.4 yards per game, which is the fifth-best mark in the league.
Overall, Washington Commanders have a good chance to pull off the upset against the New England Patriots.
Their offense has been improving, and their defense has been solid all season.
Meanwhile, the Patriots have struggled on both sides of the ball and have been outscored by a significant margin this season.
If Washington can continue to play well on both sides of the ball, they should be able to come away with the win on Sunday.
